What is NextUp?

NextUp is DASH BPO's flagship internal talent pipeline — designed to identify, prepare, and recognize high-performing agents who want to explore support roles. Through structured training, certification, and hands-on practice, you build the skills to move into supervisory and support functions.

Your Path to NextUp
📋
Step 1 — Get Nominated
Your direct manager nominates you. Up to 5 agents per LOB can be submitted during the nomination window.

Step 2 — Fill Your Application
Once nominated, you'll receive a link from L&D. Complete the form and write your motivation response. Select your preferred track.
Step 3 — Wait for Selection
L&D reviews all applications and assigns agents to role-specific tracks. You'll be notified within 2 weeks of the application close date.

Step 4 — Start Certification
Cohort members begin LMS-based training for their selected track. Training is 12 hours + 9 hours of on-the-job practice.

Step 5 — Earn Your Badge
Complete your final assessment and earn your "Support Role Certified" badge. Get monetary recognition and priority for open roles.

On Day 1 of Week 1, you'll receive a DISC assessment link. Your results are shared in the first debrief session and used to personalize your coaching throughout the program.
